At SS Tax Mentors, we strive to deliver the best financial and tax services. However, due to the nature of services (intangible and time-bound), our refund policy is as follows:

Once a service (like ITR filing, GST registration, or tax consultancy) is initiated and/or completed, no refund will be issued.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

• You paid by mistake and informed us within 24 hours.
• The service was not initiated by our team.
• You were charged incorrectly (double payment, wrong amount).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@sstaxmentors.com with payment details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
